By using ARTH AI, submitting information, creating a candidate profile, uploading a resume, or submitting an employer inquiry, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use ARTH AI.

ARTH AI is an AI-powered recruitment and talent platform that provides candidate support, employer hiring support, recruitment services, talent mapping, hiring advisory, and related career or hiring solutions.

ARTH AI may support both candidates and employers but does not guarantee employment, interviews, hiring outcomes, offer acceptance, or business results.

Candidate services may include:

• Candidate profile creation
• Resume upload
• Resume refinement
• Career guidance
• Interview preparation
• Job matching support
• Candidate communication
• Recruiter support

Candidates are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate, current, and not misleading.

ARTH AI does not guarantee:

• Job placement
• Interview selection
• Offer generation
• Salary outcome
• Immigration outcome
• Employer response
• Hiring decision

Employer services may include:

• Contingency hiring
• Leadership and executive search
• Talent mapping
• Lead generation
• Hiring sprint support
• Dedicated hiring partner / RPO Lite services
• Startup hiring advisory
• Recruitment process design
• Candidate screening support

Employer pricing, scope, timelines, replacement support, exclusivity, and payment terms will be agreed separately in writing where applicable.

Website pricing is indicative and may vary based on role complexity, geography, seniority, urgency, volume, and engagement model.

ARTH AI may use AI-assisted tools to support candidate matching, resume analysis, screening workflows, interview preparation, and hiring recommendations.

AI-generated outputs are for support and guidance only. They should not be treated as legal, immigration, financial, medical, or guaranteed employment advice.

Human judgment may be used alongside AI-assisted recommendations.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use ARTH AI lawfully
• Not submit false, misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, or harmful content
• Not upload malicious files
• Not attempt to hack, scrape, disrupt, or misuse the website
• Not impersonate another person or company
• Not misuse candidate or employer information obtained through ARTH AI

Candidates may upload resumes or other documents. By uploading documents, candidates confirm that:

• They have the right to share the document
• The information is accurate to the best of their knowledge
• The document does not contain unlawful or harmful content

ARTH AI may remove or reject uploaded content that appears unsafe, irrelevant, misleading, or inappropriate.

Employers submitting inquiry forms confirm that:

• The submitted company and contact details are accurate
• The inquiry is made for legitimate hiring or business purposes
• ARTH AI may contact the submitted email regarding the inquiry

ARTH AI may operate as a recruitment and staffing support platform. However, ARTH AI does not guarantee that any candidate will be hired or that any employer will fill a role.

Final hiring decisions remain with employers. Final job acceptance decisions remain with candidates.

Employer pricing displayed on the website is indicative and subject to written agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed, recruitment fees may be calculated on annual fixed/base salary, excluding variable bonus, joining bonus, equity, benefits, relocation, reimbursements, and other non-fixed components.

Payment terms, taxes, replacement terms, refunds, and cancellation terms may be specified in separate agreements.

All ARTH AI website content, branding, logos, design, text, workflows, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to ARTH AI.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit ARTH AI materials without written permission.

ARTH AI may use or link to third-party services, platforms, tools, job boards, cloud providers, email providers, or analytics services.

ARTH AI is not responsible for third-party websites, terms, privacy practices, or service availability.

Use of ARTH AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARTH AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business losses arising from use of the website or services.

ARTH AI’s services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We aim to keep the website and services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or service at any time.

ARTH AI may restrict or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, misuses the platform, submits false information, or engages in unlawful or harmful conduct.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Where ARTH AI enters into a separate written agreement with an employer or partner, that agreement may specify additional or different governing law, jurisdiction, and dispute resolution terms.

Continued use of ARTH AI after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
